We aim to make the student's move into our building an enjoyable experience and for that we provide completely furnished units and name-brand appliances.
One of the unique things of myRez on Lester is that we really do want the student to just move-in hassle free. For this reason we have introduced the "Utility Package" where the laundry use is included and all utility hookups (water, hydro and gas), cable and Internet connections are already done for you. The "Utility Package" is charged as a flat fee every month and is added to the rent. It does not include telephone landlines. The student will never have to look at any utility bills... just be "energy conscious".
Our building and office is staffed with professional and skilled personnel ready to address any maintenance issue or special request. We have a comprehensive maintenance program to help maintain our building and can look after any need the student may require. We can process any maintenance request within 24 hours to insure the comfort and safety of each student.
Every parent is concerned with the safety of their love ones and for this reason myRez on Lester has been installed with security cameras at all floor levels, parking areas, entrances and elevators; as well as card control access to the building, each suite and key code lockset in all private bedrooms. The building also has 24/7 staff ready to address any potential issues.
